We represent a broad range of cities, counties, townships, school districts, State agencies, development authorities, and other public organizations.
We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Municipal Bond Paralegal to support our public finance practice. Key responsibilities will include assisting attorneys in the preparation and review of municipal bond documents, including offering statements, resolutions, bond indentures, and official statements; managing and organizing documentation for bond issuances, including certificates, opinions, and compliance materials; assisting in preparing for bond validation proceedings and closings; tracking deadlines, managing calendars, and coordinating the flow of information for bond transactions; and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to municipal bonds.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of paralegal experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, and strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. While experience in the public finance sector is preferred, it is not required.
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience.
