Peter G. Mikhail
Peter Mikhail is a shareholder with Kennedy & Graven. He concentrates his litigation and counseling practice on eminent domain, real estate, public works, constitutional law, and municipal law. He represents cities, counties, school districts and the Metropolitan Council in all types of eminent domain matters. He is a founding board member of the Minnesota Eminent Domain Counsel's Association and former president of the Hennepin County Bar Association's Eminent Domain Section. He annually updates the Minnesota Civil Practice Series chapter on eminent domain and is a regular presenter at conferences and seminars on eminent domain topics. He tries cases before courts and juries and argues appeals in state and federal courts. His work typically involves public infrastructure, real estate, construction and land use matters.
In his free time, Peter likes to practice traditional martial arts, play the piano, travel, and walk or bike some of the many trails in the area.
