Robert A. Alsop
Bob has extensive experience in all phases of the litigation process in both state and federal court. Bob complements his litigation practice with sound preventative legal advice to his clients. In the rapidly evolving area of Employment Law, he is particularly adept at identifying legal issues and effectively communicating the law to clients in practical terms. Bob also has extensive appellate practice experience and has been retained to brief and argue numerous cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Minnesota Supreme Court.
