Ronald H. Batty
Ron focuses his practice on municipal law, with a special interest in land use and zoning matters, tax increment financing, and development and redevelopment. He is city attorney for the cities of Lauderdale (since 1986), Medina (since 1987), Cokato (since 2002), Minnetrista (since 2003), St. Paul Park (since 2008), Maplewood (since 2016), and the City of the Village of Minnetonka Beach (since 2018). In addition, he represents the Robbinsdale Economic Development Authority, the Cottage Grove Economic Development Authority, the Chanhassen Economic Development Authority, and the South St. Paul Economic Development Authority.
